When I do a Systems and Processes Auditing, I will utilize a variety of methods that make sense to determine where the business is falling short in utilizing systems that will help the business run smoothly. These methods consist of, but are not exclusive to: 

• Watching you run your business for the day (In-Person businesses only) 
• Having you walk me through your systems and processes
• Recieving a copy of all of your Standards of Procedures 
• Communicating with employees 

Once I have completed my review, you will recieve an in-depth report on your systems with 'faults' and my written recomendation to fixing them. After you have looked over this report, we will meet virtually or face-to-face to go over it and I will ask any remaining questions. 

Typically following a Systems and Processes Auditing, I provide the help of implementing and setting up any changes agreed upon. If you already have a report from another provider with necessary changes, I can work off of that as well. 

During this service, I will implement the changes in several ways including but not limited to: 

• Training
• Creating/Writing SOPs
• Physical Set Up 
• On-going Support 

Once your implementation is complete, I will follow up montly via email to check on your progress and answer any questions at that time. After six months, we will formally meet and review what is and what is not working and move forward from there.

I will then use this information to compile a Brand Design for you to utilize to help strengthen the image of your company to future customers. 

Starting up a business? Resetting your busienss the proper way? A Business Plan can help shape your company and set it off on the right track with a roadmap to success. Writing your own can be time consuming, difficult, and frustrating. With this service, I will work with you to learn about your business, your plans, and what you would like to see in the future. You will then recieve a fully completed Business Plan to use as a foundation to your success.

Without a proper plan in place, money can be thrown away in unsuccessful marketing campaigns. As I build your Marketing Plan, I will work with you to learn what you've done in the past and what worked and didn't work. At the end of the project, you will have a Marketing Plan in hand to guide your decisions moving forward.

With this service, I will work with you to determine what you want out of your social media and determine a posting schedule. I will be your social media expert, creating posts for your accounts for you and posting them at the proper times.
